Uninstall of Outlook97 stymied by Exchange 32

Trying to completely uninstall Office97. All components
removable excepting Outlook97, due to a shared file
called Windows Messaging (aka Exchange32, aka Outlook).
If anyone has an idea how to remove a deeply embedded
file without a standard uninstall routine available,
please lemme know!
