uninstall office 2002 to copy to new computer

I have office 2002 student and teacher edition that has a license for 1
installation. I would like to uninstall it in such a way that I can
reinstall it on another computer. How do I do that?

Office XP (2002) just has to be removed by either using the Add/Remove
programs in control panel or you can start the Setup program from the CD and
select the uninstall all option.

Once removed you can install and activate on another computer.
