Uninstall Office 2003 Manually

Hi all.
I use XP Pro Sp2
I tried to uninstall Office 2003 Pro using uninstaller.
However I got error message, MSIEXEC.EXE has problem.
I can not install on top of it, or uninstall entire office product.
Does anyone know some tricks?
Please advise me soon. Thank you.

Reason to uninstall:
Everytime using Excel and word to open file, file need to repair, then
repair the file but I can not open at all.
Other PC user can open same file.

Try running the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove installer
references to Office 2003 in the registry, then re-install (then uninstall
if your ultimate goal is to uninstall).

Thank you for advise.
Unfortunately, it did not work.
It still crash installer.

I guess, I have to reinstall from OS level.

Please keep posting if you have any other idea.
