Uninstall Office XP 2

In a previous post a Microsoft person said to download
msicu.exe as a cleanup utility for a corrupt install of
Office XP. The link he provided goes to a site that lets
me download msicuu.exe for Win 2000 but I need msicu.exe
for Win 98. When I do a search for msicu.exe on the
Download site, it takes me to the msicuu.exe page.

Any idea how to get msicu.exe?
