uninstall or transfer Office 2003 off old comp to install on new c

I recently bought new comp I have Office 2003 on old one and want to know how
to uninstall off old one and install on new one. I tried once and it said it
could not be activated because already on another computer.

Assuming its retail edition, and not an OEM;
Ensure you have uninstalled any trial edition on your new PC first, install
on the new PC if on line activation fails use phone activation.
(you would of course have to uninstall on the old)
