uninstall trial version did not uninstall

i have a pre-installed 60-day trial of office 2003 and chose to use works
instead. when i used add/remove programs to uninstall it did not uninstall
programs, it just removed them from the start/programs menu. it did not even
remove the icon from the desktop.

Just delete the folders where Office is installed. For example try:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office

This would free up most of your disk space.
