uninstall words with missing files, how?

im missing a file in words and not i can not uninstall words to reinstall
words, can somebody help me, please help me.

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying but do you mean you are trying to
uninstall Word - and can't?

If so, firstly let me say that uninstalling and reinstalling rarely solves
problems. If you have a recent version of Word, try the Help > Detect and
Repair option.
