Uninstalling 2007 trial/student version

I used Add/Remove to unintall Word 2007 student/trail version a friend had put on my home computer. Now Office Word 2003 (which I though would remain untouched) tells me SKU111.cab cannot be found, in addition I also got a rundll32.exe error. I just want to get to being productive again and I do not have the expertise to use regdit. Suggestions?
