Uninstalling and re-installing BCM is a NIGHTMARE !!!

Hi,

I uninstall BCM from my server because I follow the document to create the
BCM database within my SQL Server 2005.
As I can't connect to the BCM database I create following the document (may
be I'm wrong somewhere but I can connect to the server with my username and
see the BCM database. I can connect with my applications to my SQL server ...
but can't connect with Outlook/Bcm 2007 ....) I decide to re-install BCM (I
have install outlook 2007 on the server) on the server ... NO WAY

I all the time have error on some parts. I finally remove directories, some
registry key ...
Now, SQL express reinstall but failed because the service is still present ...
OK I don't know why this service was not removed when uninstalling ...

I try to remove it by myself (SC Delete MSSQL$MSMSLBIZ) with no success as
he said "access denied" ... and I'm the administrator with the same account
used to install !!!

I become crazy !!

I was wondering to find a CRM and everything goes wrong !!
