Uninstalling Office 2003 and Restoring Office 2000

I would like to uninstall Office 2003 from the PC I formerly used and restore Office 2000. How can I do this? Will Office 2003 then be installable on my new PC

You can remove Office2003 using Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
Unless you have a license which prohibits it (for instance, if Office2003
came with the machine), you can then install Office2003 on the other
machine.
