Uninstalling some frontpage options cause System32 folder to open up on login

Hello all,

I have a problem where I did a full install of Frontpage 2000 on a
Windows NT 4(it has the latest service pack) machine and later
uninstalled some of the options I did not need. Now everytime I login
from a restart or cold boot, the system32 folder opens up. Why does
this happen and how can I stop this?
