Uninstalling XP, reinstalling Windows 98

I am operating with XP Professional, I would like to
uninstall this and install Windows 98; however, there is
currently no other OS for XP to revert to - how do i
remove this (XP) from my system?

This is not an Operating system newsgroup and so is off topic here. The
short answer is you are going to have to Format your hard drive before
you can replace your operating system.

I would try setting the bios to boot from a CD. Shut the
system down and put my Windows 98 CD in and see what
happens.
