Unistall Office

T

Treeskier

I currently am using Office 97...some things seem buggered and I would like
to completely uninstall and reinstall my Office 97.
I go to Add/Remove and it wants the CD...I insert the CD and all I get is
setup instructions.
How do I uninstall?
Thanks Tim

Click on "Remove All" in the Setup dialog box. For more information:

If you have Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/158658 "OFF97: How to Completely
Remove Microsoft Office 97".

If you have Windows Me, Windows 2000, or Windows XP, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254250 "OFF97: How to Completely
Remove Microsoft Office 97 on Windows XP, Windows Me, and Windows
2000".

Some problems cannot be resolved by uninstalling/reinstalling,
but since you don't say what problems you're having, I guess
you'll find out for yourself soon enough if your chosen course of
action is the correct solution.

1-Thats Becouse 1 Some of the files are missing and you have to install again
before uninstalling
2- When you put the cd in it will promp you to repair or uninstall
