Unit of measure

We are migrating our users from Office 2000 standard to Office 2003 standard.
One upgrade defaulted the unit of measure in Word to centimeters. We have
not been able to change this setting in any way. Options in Office as well
as the control panel are correct. We only had this issue with 1 upgrade out
of about 30 so far. Has anyone ever seen this?

Thanks you very much Garfield-n-Odie, your solution worked! Do you have any
idea why this same PC would load Office more slowly than any of our others?
Same processor/memory. We ran a standard defrag and deleted any temp files.
