Units% changes stop tasks showing up in My Tasks view

Project Server 2007: I want to be able to assign individual Resources for
some Project Tasks at a different Units% to the value associated with the
resource in the Enterprise Resource Pool. Changing the Units% and assigning
multiple resources allows tasks to start in parallel in the plan.

Unfortunately I have found that when I do this the Task assignments do not
show up in the My Tasks Views for the resources/users. However they do show
up correctly in the Project Centre view of the plan and in the Resource
Availability view for the Resource.

What do I need to do?

When you say blank screen do you mean that the My Tasks web part
displays no information, or that the web part doesn't even render? If it
is the latter, have you ensured that the user is viewing the shared
version of the page, rather than a personal one where they may have
removed the web part?

Stephen, the user got htis message after she was assigned to a task that had
already started:

When you click My Task in Project Web Access, you receive the following
error message:
An unexpected error has occurred.
Web Parts Maintenance Page: If you have permission, you can use this page to
temporarily close Web Parts or remove personal settings. For more
information, contact your site administrator. Troubleshoot issues with
Windows SharePoint Services.

On closing the Webpart the My Tasks pane is completely blank.

I gather that this is a known problem and has been fixed with recent
updates, we just haven't applied them yet.
