units

OK,
this should be an easy one.

If I create a task. Work = 10 hours
then I assign person 1 and person2 to the task.
In the resource usage view I assign p1 = 2 hrs and p2 = 8 hrs

back in the task the units for both are 100%

So is units like making a priority?
Because the units are not 20% and 80%. For a distribution.

Hi,

It IS an easy one.
The task type must be fixed units (the default)
Double Click on the task, in Task Information click advanced, set task tyep
to fixed duration if that's what you want.
