We have an excel file in a shared folder on our server,
and in that file we have links to photos in another
shared folder. We used the UNC for the link, i.e.
\\hiper_server\ab\310.jpg
This works great when you type it in, then click on the
link it brings up the photo. However if you shut down
Excel, then bring the file back up the next day, click on
the link gives the error :"The address of the site is not
valid. Check the address and type it again". Any ideas
how we can fix this?
