Unknown error 0x80040154

When i click send receive in oulook 2002 i receive this
error.

"sending and receiving reported error (0x80040154)
unknown error"

My eudora email works fine and i tried creating a new pst
file. but still have this problem. I disabled my antivirus
and firewall as well.

Any help would be appreciated

A couple more things, then:

1) Are you running any addins to Outlook? If so, try removing them and see
if the problem goes away.
2) Make sure that Outlook Express is installed - maybe even try reinstalling
it. Outlook uses some Windows components that OE provides, so maybe OE is
not properly installed.
