Unknown error 4363

After viewing a PP show that a friend e-mailed me and then exiting the
show, my Mac Mini got hung up. It wouldn't even turn off using the
power button. So I unplugged it, waited a few minutes and then
restarted. Entourage is now acting weird. The first thing it did was
open up in an Identity that I had not used in years. It didn't even
have my current Identities listed. So I shut down Entourage and
restarted. Now my Identities are there, but when I click on the inbox,
sent items, or deleted items, I get the message "Could not open that
feature. Unknown error (4363) occurred." I can, however, access, a
folder I have saved for receipts, and that seems intact. I see other
posts that indicate this message indicates a bad attachment. But I
cannot access the inbox to delete the PP attachment. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks.

Quit Entourage and then launch it with the Option key held down. This
will open the Database Utility. Use it to verify and, if necessary,
repair your identity.

Hope this helps!
