I have been using Microsoft Outlook to access my school
email for 2 years now generally without problems.
However, starting late last week, Outlook would no
longer "sync" my account to receive or send email. It
started after my whole computer crashed and had to be
restarted, so I think they may be related.
When I attempt to Send/Receive email, I get the following
error message "Could not fetch new headers in the inbox
gsb.ims.uchicago.edu. An unknown error has occurred.
Please save any existing work and restart the program."
As you have probably guessed, restarting the program
doesn't help. I tried HELP - DETECT AND REPAIR, but since
all of my possesions are currently packed up in storage,
I don't have my Office CD available to run the program.
Any other suggestions?
