Unknown Error when changing Status to Complete

We are experiencing an "unknown error" when we try to change the project plan
from In-Progress status to Complete via Edit Project Properties.

I'm an EPM Administrator and have checked that ll of the project tasks are
at 100% and the end date was yesterday, 10/13. I have tried saving,
publishing, checking it back into the queue, but we still receive the same
error.

Any ideas?

If you open the enterprise project in Project Professional 2007, and click
Project - Project Information, will the system allow you to change the value
in that dialog, and then save and publish the changes? Let us know.
