Unknown Error when opening tables

Dear Friends
When opening Ms-Access 2003 tables, an error message stating "Unknown" is
displayed. This happens with any database even the one built for testing.
I reinstalled Ms-Office incase there is a corruption in the Office files but
the error still persists

Although it happened to me in Access 2003, I found on the net the same
problem but with 2002

resolution:
Run the following (start, run and paste the below)
regsvr32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\msjtes40.dll
