Unlinking Text Boxes

I have a 20 page pub that has all the pages linked
together. I want to totally break the chain at a spot in
the middle, i.e., produce two separate text chains.

When I use the "break link" command, the chain is broken
but all the text that I wanted to be in 'Part 2' goes
into the overflow area of 'Part 1'. In PageMaker I could
click on the overflow indicator and reflow part 2 from
that, but I can't find how to do this in Publisher (2002).
