Unlocking Shape Protection/Properties

I'm having a hard time unlocking and ungrouping an organizational type of
chart that Visio has provided and that I've selected.

I've checked under Shape, Properties and no custom properties were created.
I also checked under format protection and I checked off everything.

But, the chart will not ungroup or allow for any changes. The error message
says, "Shape protection and/or Properties prevent complete execution of this
command.

Anyone? Please help.
