Unmatched Files

I just installed FP2003 and when I went to publish my site it showed many
files in conflict. I first tried to syncrohnize the files between both
sites, then I deleted all the files on the web and re-published. Still I
have files that mismatch and files in conflict. I don't know what that
means. Can someone help me?

I wish I could help. I have the same problem. What I tried was downloading the entire site back to my harddrive. I than checked and many files are still unmatched. I'm afraid if I try something I will lose the site. Its quite large at 250meg and many pages.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it!
