I save a bunch of documents on a back up CD that I made a
few years ago and now I cannot open up the files. Some
of the files come up as Word files and some as Works, but
I can not remember what document program I used to
originally create the files. When I open the files I
only get a bunch of gibberish (symbols and stuff). I am
pretty sure that the files have never been encrypted or
anything like that. The Works files are classified as
WPEntrust Signed Document, which I can't fine any info on
anywhere. I have also tried numerous recovery, file-
viewing, and file converting programs with no success. I
would greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me.
