After protecting the file, the arrow cursor unpredictably
turns to a hand (index finger pointed) and then any cell
clicked on (even if unprotected) brings up the following
Excel Error Box message: 'The file could not be
accessed. Try using one of the following....[OK]'.
This cursor should only be active over a few select action
boxes, otherwise it should remain an 'arrow' cursor.
Does anyone know why this would be happening and why it
only happens when the file is protected?
