I want to create a master template with a graphic header and a footer with logo that act as a visual guide only and do not print out when printing the slide content.
hope this makes sense & someone has a suggestion as to how to do this...thanks in anticipation!

Are you printing in B/W or color?

I was hoping for B/W. There's a way to make things print in color (or even colour) but
disappear in B/W. Unfortunately not the other way 'round.

If you were using an earlier version of PPT or if this were the future and you had the
next version, a VBA macro could do the trick for you.

Unfortunately here, now and in PPT 2008 I don't know how to make it happen.

Someone fluent with AppleScript could do the job though, I think.
I will be printing in colour

thanks
