unprotect sheet, pssw unknown?

hi

I created a simple database and protected the sheet...

This was 4 months ago, and since have forgotten the password.

Is there ANY WAY to unprotect the sheet without a password?

I need to edit the coding... therefore need to take off sharing.

Im aware i can jus copy all of the contents of the sheet to a new one...

however the sheet has a complex layout with buttons and all sorts, with more

then 7000 records in it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Code to "crack" passwords is posted on almost a weekly basis in this
newsgroup.
Just scroll back a bit or use Google to search the newsgroup.
