Hello
Some of our users experience random occurences of Outlook showing them
already read emails with the envelope closed but the mails are not
displayed in bold.
Any idea, what happens here and how to stop it.
We use WinXP SP1 (soon SP2), Outlook XP SP3 and Exchange 2003 SP1.
