"Unread" item in calendar

One of our users has a persistent "unread" item in the calendar being
indicated in the folder view. Right-clicking and selecting "Mark all read"
has no effect.

Does anyone know a way to track down the errant item? Alternately, I'd
accept a solution to get rid of the (1) hanging out there...

Thanks!

Use Advanced Find and search for all unread items (not just appointments) in
the folder and when found, mark all read.

Milly,

Thank you for the reply. I took your suggestion, but had no success. A
blanket search of the offending mailbox returns only unread messages. A
focused search for "Appointments and Meetings" or just in the Calendar
produces nothing. Any other suggestions?

Paul
