Unread items in Public Folders in Outlook 2003

I have noticed that in Outlook 2003 unlike the previous
versions of Outlook when I go into a public folder
containing forms I no longer get the number of unread
items in parenthesis like I get in my Inbox. If I log
into a machine with Outlook XP or older I still see the
number of unread. Is there a way to turn back on this
feature in Outlook 2003?

You should see those numbers if you add the folders to Public
Folders\Favorites and access them through that part of the hierarchy.
