Unread Mail folder can't count!

I have recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. In Mail
Favourite Folders, the numbers beside Unread Mail and For
Follow Up do not correspond to the number of emails in
these folders. Very annoying. Any ideas?

Are you sure that you don't have a filter applied to these folders?
