Unread Mail Folder

Im using outlook 2003 and ive managed to delete the folder in the top left
for all unread mail.

Can i get this back?

Are you talking about the "Unread Mail" search folder? Just recreate it.
FIle>New>Search Folder>Unread mail>OK.
