We are experiencing problems with a shared
mailbox that is adversely affecting our ability to
function
properly. There have been numerous instances where emails
have been read and then marked as unread only for that
mark
not sticking if you don't click completely out of the
mailbox.
It also appears that if an email next to the one
previously
marked as unread is read then that too clears both
markers.
This then allows emails not to be spotted by the person ho
it really concerns.
