unrecognised characters of headers

Dear all,
i have install windows xp english version
i tried to install office xp english version.
all aplications works perfectly except outlook

all the heaers and the titles show unrecognised letters

i tried to change the regional settings but still have the
same problem.

Can anyone help me?
