Unscribe from email issue

My mother uses outlook express and wants to get rid of some the emails my
father use to get from various business and so-on. I was having no issue
initially to unsubscribe(hopefully that does work) but now when I try to
unsubscribe the computer locks up on whatever com[anies page I have been
directed to to unsubscribe-Is this an outlook issue? Windows XP

This newsgroup is for the e-mail client Outlook, which is part of MS Office
and a different product from Outlook Express. Post your query in the Express
newsgroup under Windows.
