Subject: http error 401.1 on publish

Until today, I have been the only PM using Project server.
We have a new PM starting that we want to start using it.
I received her new Win2K Thinkpad T30 laptop and set up
her account to match mine in Project server and in
the "Microsoft Project Server Accounts" in the project
2002 pro interface. I can open projects logged in as her
but cannot publish them. I get this error:
Microsoft Project
Unexpected Server Response
Microsoft PRoject Server has returned an unexpected
response.

Click the "view" button to view the server response as an
error page in your browser.

I click View and I get this error page:
The server at http://medius/projectserver returned the
following error to microsoft project
You are not authorized to view this page. you do hot have
permissions to view this directory or the page using the
credentials you supplied.

HTTP 401.1 Unauthorized - Logon Failed
Internet Information Services

I checked IIS and see nothing specific to me there that
would have to be set up for her.
Please help- if I do not get her up and running mgt is
threatening to not allow us to continue with project
server!

More information: NOW no one can publish on her machine!
Yesterday we could if we were logged in as ourselves. We
can still publish on our own machines. Also, as soon as
project is launched (set to automatically connect to
Project server) the standard Enter NEtwork Password dialog
comes up. I enter her password, it connects, it allows her
to open enterprise projects, save enterprise projects, but
as soon as we publish it dies with that error mentioned in
my previous post. THEN, when I quit project, the network
dialog comes back up.
Ran MS's utility to add the permissions to the STS subwebs
but this didn't help. We did this in between yesterday's
issues and today's issues so perhaps this is why we now
cannot publish logged in as ourselves on her machine.
PLEASE anyone with info, respond!

Are you sure you have her permissions set up in web
access correctly? (e.g., under her account
permissions "Open Project" and "Save Project"?

Yes. She has Administrator rights and all of those boxes
are checked. Here is a new twist. We WIPED her box and
started fresh and I was able to publish on it logged in as
her- was so excited, and then the dreaded spooler error
came up. System error 0x80004005.
That is where I am now.

Ok, further info: After that initial spooler error (which
I actually did get the time before) the 401.1 error starts
up at publish. SO. To recap:
1. First time publish get spooler error.
2. Try to publish again ad infinitum- get unexpected
server response... iis error as detailed in first post.
This seems to be only when collaborating. Can open and
save changes to projects to heart's content but cannot
PUBLISH them. Pulling out hair now.

This has been solved. Guess what it was- Her Internet
Explorer security settings were set to medium instead of
low. Argh.
