Unwanted Excel Spreadsheet Attached

Whenever I open a new notebook I will have an unwanted spreadsheet (the same
one every time) that will also open. How do I stop this unwanted spreadsheet
from opening again.

Go to Tools/Options/the General tab and where it says "at startup, open all
files in" and ensure that space is blank. See if that works.

1. Look in your XLSTART folder for the workbook and remove if found.

2. Delete any path from Tools>Options>General "At start up, open files in"

3. Check the shortcut you use to open Excel. Delete any workbook in that path.
