For the last month both Excel and Word will access the
internet whenever I open a file on my local disk. If not
connected to the internet the file opens normally.
To the best of my knowledge I changed no setting in any
office program. The only change I did make was to start,
but not finish installing a local network. The attempted
access is not to the local network.
