unwanted time zone adjustments on new calendar events

When I create a new calendar event (in this instance, a 1/2 hour long conference call), I get the message "in the calendar, the event time has been adjusted for your time zone" right after I uncheck the all-day event button.

My time zone is set correctly in both general preferences and for the individual calendar event.

Why is this happening? Thank you.

You haven't mentioned how the time is getting affected. Is it getting
adjusted by an hour? A few hours?

What time zone is your computer set to under Apple menu --> System
Preferences... --> Date & Time?

What time zone is Entourage set to under Entourage menu -->
Preferences... --> General Preferences --> Calendar?

My computer is set to San Francisco (which is my current location) and Entourage is set for Pacific Time. (I just verified each.) The event gets set ahead one hour. I just tried again this morning: Tried to add a calendar event and set it for 11am, but after saving, it appears in the calendar as noon.

Thank you.

Entourage X is end of life software and is not daylight saving time
compliant.
