Up-and-down vs. Side-to-Side Display in Outlook 2003

Just installed Outlook 2003, and the mail display is side-to-side -- one
column with the mail header, and a column/panel to the right with text from
the email.

I prefer it up-and-down, with the mail headers in the above panel, and the
text from the selected email in the below. The type of display as in
previous versions of Outlook, and any other email program I have ever had or
seen. I've checked all the obvious places (I think) -- settings, options,
preferences. How can I make this happen?

Go into View | Arrange By | Customize Current View and click the Other
Settings button. There you can set the Reading Pane to Bottom instead of
Right. You'll have to do this for each view separately.

Hi, Ricki;
You mean you missed View? ;)
View> Reading Pane> Right, Bottom, or Off.
