If the domain name has been registered for at least 48 hours, and if the server has FrontPage
extensions installed, open your web in FrontPage and then select file Publish Web ( publish site in
FP 2003 ) and enter:
http://www.domainname.com as the location to publish to.
If you don't have extensions, enter: ftp://domainname.com as the publish destination.
