Up loading Animated Banner

Can anyone help. I have created an animated banner
(.gif) and when I upload it to my website I can not see
it on my computer. Other people can see it, I can see it
on my laptop but not on the computer I use to control my
website. I have tried refreshing my browser and clearing
the cache. Look forward to any suggestions.

Check your IE Multimedia settings under Tools Internet Options Advanced

Thank you I have done that but I can see not see the
banner on my computer. I can view it on my laptop and
everyine else can see it but not me.

Any other ideas please
