Update a textbox with the value selected from comboBox

Hi,

I am developing a form which can be used to search info by account or by
name.
I have a table like
account |name |prod |sales

one account could have one more products sales.
I like user to be able to search by account by typing the account# into one
text box "txtAcct", afterupdate will do requery and the rest of informationn
of this account will show below. And I like user to be able to search name
from the combo list as well. Once they choose one of the account name, I
like the value of txtAcct to set as respective account#. Is this possible?
I'm kind of stucking in the afterupdate event.
Also txtAcct should be available for user to type at the same time.

I'm really beginner, Please help,
