I have used the Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System to create
a database application package. When installed on a machine with Office 2003
without any patches or service packs the application will "cause a serious
error and close".
Using office update on that machine it says it needs Office 2003 SP1. After
this is installed the application works.
Does this mean that I need to obtain a "patched" version of accessrt.exe to
distribute?
