Update Access Table from Excel

Hi all,
I have to export data from an Access form(a Query Result) to Excel Sheet
through a button.Later when any changes maded in the Excel sheet that data
should be updated in my access table. How can I proceed?
Can we update data from an exported excel sheet into access table?


Please kindlly help me.
I really urgent help.
