update contact profile by sending them an email to complete

I would like to send an emial to my existing contacts requesting them to
update thier profile. Does Outlook offer such a process that when I receive
their reply it automatically updates my contacts database?

No, Outlook doesn't do this, although there are add-ins that do. And at least some of your contacts doubtless would find it annoying.
