Update data source in Pivot Table

How do you update the data source range in a pivot table???

i.e. I've set up a pivot table for data range A2:H150 in Sheet 1...
Then i paste an extra 50 rows into the spreadsheet & want the pivo
table to update to show the data range A2:H20
