update existing worksheets selection

I managed to create and populate about 200 worksheets with their names and
some of their data taken from a master worksheet, through a vba code. Other
data are entered directly on the individual worksheets.
I find it difficult to run an update or add a new worksheet on the existing
worksheet selection when the master worksheet is modified.
